1. Which rooms are still available?​

2. Is it possible to book a room from abroad? 

Yes. To book a room from abroad we will ask you to transfer the deposit through wire transfer or paypal. Once we receive the payment notification by email we lock the room for you.

​3. What is the minimum rental period?

We rent rooms on a yearly basis or on a semester's basis (minimum of 5 months). The first semester runs from September to January and the second one from February to June. That being said we don't rent rooms for shorter periods of time.
 

4. How much is the deposit and what does it stands for?

The deposit is one rent plus 70€ to cover the expenses of the last 2 months of stay. The security deposit is intended to compensate a landlord for:

 

• Damage a tenant does to a suite beyond normal wear and tear,

• Any unpaid rent or bills, 

• Any costs to the landlord if the tenant vacates without proper notice.

 

THE DEPOSIT WON'T BE REFUNDED IN CASE YOU LEAVE THE APARTMENT BEFORE THE END OF THE SEMESTER!



5. When do I receive the deposit back?

​Since the deposit does not work as the payment for the last month, the deposit is only refunded to the tenant when the key is returned in the end of the rental period after a quick room check to confirm that everything is ok.



6. Could you tell me the apartment's exactly location?

The complete address is Rua Conceição da Glória 73 - 1 | 1250 Lisboa. Use google maps street view to walk around the area!



7. Is the neighborhood safe?

The area is pretty safe as our girls in the house never had a problem walking back home from Bairro Alto after party. If Av. da Liberdade (Lisbon’s most exclusive avenue) is not safe then there is no safe place in Lisbon! :)



8. There is internet wireless in the apartment?

Yes. The apartment has internet wireless and the rooter is strategically located to assure that every room gets good signal.



​9. Is there a contract?

For a short period rental - less than 1 year - we usually do an informal agreement (we mean spoken instead of written) that always worked out. However, if you need one, we can write it down for you. That won't be a problem.
 

10. When shall i pay the monthly rent?
Rent must be payed at the first day of each month. A payment notification must be sent to us by email.
